Terms of Service & Refund Policy

01. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, enabling, accessing, or using the AffiScope Chrome extension, or by purchasing an AffiScope license from affiscope.website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately remove the extension from your browser and cease all use.

02. Software License Grant & Fair Use

Subject to continuous compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees for AffiScope Pro ($19.99/year), Dreainno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the extension:

• Device & Profile Allocation: Each standard Pro license key permits concurrent activation on up to three (3) individual browser profiles or workstations operated by you.
• Permitted Commercial Use: You may use AffiScope to audit personal digital properties, corporate publications, and client websites during freelance or digital agency audits.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the extension; (b) share, rent, lease, sub-license, or resell your license key to unauthorized third parties; (c) bypass or attempt to manipulate local scan quota limitations or cryptographic license verification checks.

03. Merchant of Record, Billing & Subscriptions

All commercial transactions for AffiScope are conducted through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR):

• Merchant of Record Role: Lemon Squeezy handles order fulfillment, card processing under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, applicable sales tax / VAT collection and remittance, and customer billing support.
• Annual Subscription Terms: Pro licenses are billed on an annual recurring basis ($19.99/year) until cancelled by the subscriber. Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time with zero penalty through their Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges while preserving access through the remainder of the active prepaid period.

AffiScope is an independent software tool created by Dreainno. References to third-party affiliate programs, merchant platforms, and technology companies—including but not limited to Amazon Associates, Walmart, Target, Google, Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, Skimlinks, Geniuslink, and GeoRiot—are made strictly for nominative, descriptive, and compatibility identification purposes.

AffiScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partner-associated with any of the aforementioned entities. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" & "As-Available")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFFISCOPE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. DREAINNO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AUDIT RESULTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR IMMUNE TO SEARCH ENGINE ALGORITHM ALTERATIONS, AFFILIATE NETWORK POLICY CHANGES, OR REGULATORY AUDITS.

07. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAINNO, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, REPUTATION, OR REGULATORY FINES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, DREAINNO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR AFFISCOPE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

08. Intellectual Property Rights

Dreainno retains all right, title, and interest in and to the AffiScope extension, including all software code, visual HUD interfaces, design assets, algorithms, documentation, and registered/unregistered trademarks. No rights are granted other than the express software usage license stated herein.

09. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable international electronic commerce standards, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
